We offer a package "landlord's" policy for rental property you own.

This policy includes coverage for the dwelling with options to add contents, other structures and liablity protection. You only pay for the coverages you need!

The following Discounts may apply:

Multi-Policy Discount. If you have your Rental Dwelling and your Auto and your Homeowners policies with Rockingham you receive a discount on all three policies!

Tenant Liability Insurance Discount. If you provide us with proof that your tenant has renter's insurance, you receive a discount on your policy.
