All claims are important to us and we understand some claims require our immediate attention. At the Rockingham Group we believe in delivering on our promises. To assure our promises are kept, we provide you with 24/7 claims service. Simply put, you can report a claim 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Covered losses are prioritized with immediate attention given to those claims that require fast assistance, such as a house fire, critical injury, or other serious incident. Other claims are addressed the same or next business day.

Fraud
The Rockingham Group has a Special Investigation Unit (SIU) formed to respond to the increasingly growing problem of insurance fraud. INSURANCE FRAUD IS A CRIME. Whether an individual "pads" a claim to recoup premiums or fabricates a claim entirely, the law views all attempts to defraud insurance providers as a crime, punishable by hefty fines and prison time.
